• License renewal fee paid for Full Time Employees after 1 year. Part time is also paid after 1 year if the employee averaged AT LEAST 15 hours per week.

• We are looking for 1 full time therapist and 1-2 part time therapists. Our current hours are 11:30 am to 9:30 pm Wed- Sun. Weekends are required. Full time is 30 - 40 hours. We may expand the days we are open.

Job Requirements:

• Must comply with local and state licensing laws and regulations -

• MUST be licensed as a massage therapist in IA- being also licensed in NE is a plus, but not necessary.

• MUST be vaccinated for COVID19 and Influenza - You are a healthcare worker and qualify as an LMT in IA or NE.

• Excellent customer service skills and work ethic

• Responsible – with a good work ethic.

• Proficiency in Swedish and Deep Tissue – other modalities a plus

• Treat clients in a professional, caring manner

• Develop and propose client treatment plans unique to their individual needs

• Follow protocols

• Provide clients with guidance and information about the benefits of massage as an integral part of their overall wellness program

• Educate Clients with Knowledge and confidence on the services, products and programs available.

• Educate clients on their specific treatment plans.

• Maintain detailed treatment/session notes- finished before you leave for the day.

• Background checks will be done on license, criminal record and previous employment.
